Hey, y’all! Can you tell how obsessed I am with my hair?! I couldn’t keep my hands out of it. I also love the color palette that this outfit and the backgrounds of the different wall colors are giving me!

Let’s talk about this green kimono. I have been eyeing this kimono forever and a day! I have been stalking it for it to come down to a reasonable price, cause I’m on a budget. I’m glad that it did because I was able to get my hands on it. The best thing about this green kimono is it’s reversible. I’ll probably restyle it when it gets a little cooler with the other side showing.

This green kimono is part of Gabrielle Union’s New York and Company collection. There are so many great pieces in this collection that I can’t wait to get my hands on. This kimono perfectly compliments the necklace that I treasure. I was perusing Etsy, my favorite pastime, and saw this necklace and I had to have it!

This necklace is the country and flag of Liberia. It’s timely since Liberian independence day is July 26 (my 26th on you, oh!). I’m proud of my heritage and I’m glad that I have a sentiment to display the pride of my heritage.

I can’t believe that July is over next week, which means that the beginning of the semester is not too far away. I’m gonna miss the days of no stress and reading for pleasure. What are your plans for the rest of July?
