HIGH WAIST PANTS YOU NEED FOR FALL

JLuxLabel is a new to me brand that I stumbled on while scrolling through Pinterest one day. I’m on the lookout for high waist everything because they make me look taller than I am. It also doesn’t hurt that it hides the fuba. When I saw that these Devyn Pants were not only high waist but also elastic, I knew they had to come home to me. Let’s talk about why you need these high waist pants for fall.

THE TROUSER TREND

I’ve said before that fashion is cyclic. Everything old will eventually become new. It’s why I put the emphasis on style because trends come and go, but your style is what translates through it all. The trouser trend is the item for the season. These high waist pants tap into the trend but provide comfort without trying too hard.

As I shared earlier, the waist is elastic, which makes wearing a breeze. One of the downsides of wearing high waist pants is the zipper and button eventually get in the way, especially after a delicious meal. These elastic pants will not give you that headache.

THE WIDE LEG

The wide leg of these pants is my third favorite feature. I honestly wish that all my pants were long and wide leg but that is hard for me because it’s either not long enough (shocking, I know) or it’s too long. While these pants are a little too long, it covers my shoes which is what I look for with wide leg pants. Also, there’s nothing a tailor can’t fix. You should consider including wide-leg pants because they lengthen legs and accentuate the waistline, creating an incredibly flattering silhouette on every body type.
