Hey, y’all! I was trying so hard to do my best model pose in these photos and clearly, I need to stick to my day job and let the models do all the posing.
The temperatures are heating up, which means all my African Prints will be out on display! Not that I don’t already wear African year-round; it’s just easier to incorporate African prints in the summer because lots of the designs are meant for warmer weather. This dress is one that I’ve been itching to wear. I purchased it from F.L.A.I.R. by Ashi, Ashi being a blogger who began selling her own clothes.
Ashi has many lovely designs that I can’t wait to add to my closet, including this and this. I love the dramatic look of the tiered layers and the print is wonderful! The colors, of course, go well together and I love the way the dress shines against the black wall that Tamara picked to shoot this look.
I am so glad that I decided not to take summer classes. It’s truly been a weight off of my shoulders to enjoy the city and to decompress after this past semester. I’m even more excited to enjoy the pool now that my pool is opening this weekend!
